Self-introduction

Using an approach based on physics and mathematics, we aim to clarify the principle of morphogenesis of living organisms, and apply the mechanical mechanism to mechanical engineering field. I am particularly interested in the development, structure, and function of plants such as 1) plant flower shape, 2) plant zygote cell and its axis formation, 3) plant shoot gravitropism, and 4) closing movement of venus flytrap. Utilizing the experience in various fields such as statistical physics, data science, and plant science, I am working on developing a new academic field that integrates biological data and mathematical models to understand the shape and force of living organisms.
